What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and mobile payment methods popular in Thailand (PromptPay, TrueMoney). For international clients, we also accept PayPal and wire transfers. Payment can be made in full or split across fittings according to your preference.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard process is payment in full to begin. This is the simplest path and allows us to fully secure your premium fabrics and prioritize your garment in our production schedule right away. For those who prefer more flexibility, we also offer a 50% deposit to start the process, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Just let us know which you'd prefer.

Are alterations included in the price?

All necessary alterations during the fitting process are included in our bespoke service price. We also provide complimentary minor adjustments within the first year if your body measurements change. Major alterations due to significant weight changes may incur additional charges, which we'll discuss with you beforehand.

What happens during the first consultation?

Can you rush an order for special occasions?

We can accommodate rush orders for special occasions with 2-3 days notice, subject to our current workload and fabric availability. Rush service may incur an additional 25-50% surcharge. We recommend booking well in advance for weddings and important events to ensure ample time for fittings and any necessary adjustments.

How do you ensure the perfect fit?

We create an individual pattern based on over 40 precise measurements and postural analysis. Our experienced tailors observe how you move and stand naturally, noting any asymmetries or preferences. What should I wear to a fitting?

Wear well-fitted undergarments and bring the shoes you plan to wear with your suit. For shirt fittings, a thin undershirt is recommended. Can you accommodate weight changes?

Do you offer remote fittings?

We may also travel to major cities for trunk shows. However, for the finest results, we strongly recommend visiting our Bangkok atelier where our master tailors can provide hands-on expertise.

Can I bring my own fabric?

Yes, we welcome clients who wish to provide their own fabric. Please ensure you have sufficient yardage (we'll advise on requirements) and that the fabric is suitable for your intended garment. We'll inspect the material before beginning work and discuss any special handling requirements. Our service fee remains the same minus the fabric cost.
