1. Book ahead: send your arrival date, your departure time and the suit you want. We confirm that the cloth is in stock and reserve your slot.
2. Consultation and measurements: at your first visit we discuss the cut, help you choose the fabric and take your measurements. This usually takes 30 to 45 minutes.
3. Cutting and making: we draft your pattern and start the suit straight away.
4. Fitting: you try the suit on and we adjust the balance, length and shape on your body. We agree the fitting time with you when you order.
5. Collection or delivery: your finished suit is ready within 24 hours. Collect it at the shop or let us deliver it to your hotel.

• Message before you land: booking ahead lets us hold your slot and check the cloth.
