This policy explains how Nordic Bespoke Tailor handles information collected through nordicbespoketailor.com. Our showroom is at 390/18 Sukhumvit Soi 18, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, we collect the contact details and message you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, enquiry type and any appointment or garment requirements.
The measurement form also collects the body measurements you enter. Please provide only information relevant to your tailoring request.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations and fittings, discuss garment requirements, and support tailoring services and future commissions. Campaign information helps us understand which website or advertising activity led to an enquiry.
Form submissions and website security
Contact and measurement submissions are saved as private enquiry records and emailed to our team for follow-up. Access to these records is restricted to authorised website users.
Website hosting and security tools may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to operate the site, detect abuse and protect form submissions.
Cookies and campaign attribution
The cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. A consent cookie remembers your choice. You can reopen cookie preferences using the Re-consent control to change or withdraw your choice. You can also manage or remove cookies through your browser settings; removing the consent cookie allows you to make a new choice on your next visit.
With your Advertisement consent or Accept All choice, first-party campaign cookies retain the source of a visit for up to 30 days. These cookies use the names utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, utm_adgroup, gclid and gad_source. They contain campaign labels or advertising identifiers, rather than the contact details or measurements entered in a form.
With the same consent, a separate same-tab session record can retain campaign information for up to 30 minutes during navigation. Campaign information may then accompany a form submission to help us understand its source. Before consent, after rejection or after withdrawal, campaign cookies and this session record are cleared and campaign fields are left empty. The session record is not used to store enquiry messages, body measurements or full page URLs.
Google services and external links
Where enabled, Google Analytics and Google Ads help us understand website use and advertising performance. Google Tag Manager can manage these tags. The cookie banner communicates your advertising and analytics consent choices to the Google services configured on the website.
When Google Ads enhanced conversions are enabled and you give Advertisement consent or choose Accept All, we share hashed versions of the email address and, where suitable, international phone number supplied in a contact enquiry with Google for advertising measurement and matching. Hashing changes their format; these values remain personal matching data. Names, enquiry messages and body measurements are not sent through this feature, and customer hashes are not included in our Google Analytics event parameters. You can withdraw Advertisement consent in cookie preferences to stop future enhanced-conversion sharing. Withdrawal cannot undo data already sent to Google.
Google Maps is included in the Functional cookies category. After you accept Functional cookies or Accept All, maps load automatically when they are near the visible part of the page. If you decline this consent, the map stays blocked and a directions link remains available. Withdrawing Functional consent removes loaded maps; it cannot undo information already sent to Google. Loading a map, or following a link to Google Maps, WhatsApp, social media or another external website, connects you to that provider. The provider may receive technical information and apply its own privacy policy.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry and measurement records are held for responding to requests and supporting tailoring services. You can contact us to ask about a record or request its removal. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an outstanding service matter.
Information may be processed by the providers used for website hosting, email, security and the external services described above. Their processing may take place outside Thailand.
Your privacy requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. You can also ask questions about its use or withdraw a consent you have given. We may need to confirm your identity before responding, and any applicable legal requirements may affect what we can remove.
